Domaselo signature loaf: gut-friendly, slow-fermented, made with only 3 simple ingredients. Great for toasting, dipping, or stacking into a sandwich.

Ingredients:

Organic stone-milled wheat flour, water, sea salt

Size: Approx. 8” long, ~21 oz (each loaf is handcrafted, weight may vary)

Storage:

Keep on your kitchen counter (in the paper bag or a bread box) for 2–3 days.
Want to make it last longer? Slice and freeze.
Toast straight from frozen — no need to thaw.

Do not refrigerate.
