Terms of service

These terms apply to orders placed with Southwest Ranches Farmers Market LLC ("we", "us") at swrfmarket.com and at the market, 5150 South Flamingo Road, Southwest Ranches, FL 33330.

Availability

The products on our website are subject to availability. Many of our items come from small farms in limited quantities — with finite cuts available per animal, organ meats, ribeyes, tenderloin filets and other prime cuts are especially limited. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we refund it or, where you agreed, substitute a comparable item.

Pickup

Online orders are picked up — at the market, or at one of our route stops. We do not ship. Pickup days, times, fees and the Tuesday 3:00 PM route cutoff are set out in our Pickup & Route Policy.

Returns and refunds

Our food products are perishable, so we cannot accept returns. Missing items, damaged items and dairy are covered by our Refund Policy.

Raw dairy

Southwest Ranches Farmers Market is licensed by the State of Florida as a pet food distributor. Our raw dairy products are labeled and sold exclusively for animal use in accordance with applicable state regulations and are not intended for human consumption. Due to the delicacy of raw milk, all dairy product sales are final.

Payment

Online: credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Shop Pay. At the market: cards and cash.

Text messages

If you tick “Text me about this order” in the cart, or turn texts on in your account, Southwest Ranches Farmers Market will send text messages about your orders and box pickups — when an order or box is ready, when something you ordered is missing, and pickup reminders — to the mobile number you gave us. Message frequency varies (up to 5 messages per order). Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help; you can also turn texts off in your account, or write to orders@swrfmarket.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
