High Protein Bread | SWRFM
Made with whole grain High-Protein Bread Flour, Walnuts, Almonds, and Pumpkin Seeds. This bread offers 6 grams of protein per slice, which is same as eating an egg (which contains 6 grams of protein). It is also a great source of fiber.
Ingredients: wheat flour, pecans, almonds, pumpkin seeds, water, salt, and starter (flour and water).

Additional info: Best time to enjoy: Most flavor is developed during day 2 and 3. It will last for up to 6 days and makes an amazing toast during days 4, 5, and 6.

To serve from frozen, allow loaves to thaw at room temp and then refresh in 350 F oven
