Expertly crafted from raw cream and skim milk with live cultures — rich, smooth, and free from the gums, stabilizers, and preservatives found in conventional cream cheese. Aged and crafted from raw milk, this cheese keeps its live cultures, beneficial enzymes, and full depth of flavor.

Store at 36–38°F (2–3°C) — colder than a standard refrigerator default. Keep product at the back of the fridge.

At proper temperature, the product keeps 10-12 days from our weekly Tuesday/Thursday delivery; outside that range, shelf life drops fast. we do not recommend freezing — freezing kills the live cultures, separates the cream, and ruins the texture.

We always recommend a cooler with ice when purchasing any dairy items to keep the correct temperature of the milk when transporting.
