Southwest Ranches Farmers Market (SWRFM)

By enrolling in the SWR Signature Box, you agree to the following terms:

1. Membership Commitment

• The SWR Signature box Membership is a recurring monthly subscription program. 
• By enrolling, you authorize SWRFM to charge your payment method on file **automatically each month** on your billing date. 
• Membership continues until canceled in accordance with the terms below.

2. Billing & Payments

• Membership fees are billed **monthly**.
• Charges are processed automatically to the card on file.
• Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of your membership benefits until payment is resolved.
• Members are responsible for keeping payment information current. All payments are non-refundable once processed.

3. Pause Policy

• Members are allowed **one (1) pause per calendar year.**
• Pause must be scheduled at least **5 days before the next billing date.**
• Pause duration may not exceed **one full billing cycle.**
• Membership automatically resumes after the pause period ends.
• Additional pauses within the same calendar year are not permitted.

4. Cancellations

• Membership may be canceled at any time.
• Cancellation must be scheduled at least 5 days **before your next billing date** to avoid the upcoming charge.
• No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

5. Box Contents & Availability

SWR Signature boxes are curated weekly based on:

• Seasonal availability
• Harvest conditions
• Supplier consistency.

Box contents may vary. Substitutions may occur without prior notice due to product availability. 

SWRFM reserves the right to adjust contents while maintaining overall quality and value.

Delivery Scheduling
SWR Signature Boxes are delivered on scheduled delivery dates. If a new or returning membership begins within five (5) days of an upcoming delivery date, the first SWR Signature Box will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery date.

6. Pickup & Delivery

• Members are responsible for picking up their box either in-store pick-up or add a route location to pick-up. To schedule a route location pickup, the store MUST be notified in advance by calling the store directly. Route Location cut-off times are every Tuesday at 12:00 noon for that week’s route.
• If you elect to do route pick-up is a separate fee of $15.99 per order.                 
• Missed pickups are not refundable, if you don’t pick up your box by Saturday of that same week arrival, items will be donated to charity as this is a freshly harvest items and we want our customer to enjoy freshness. 
• Unclaimed boxes may not be carried over to the following cycle.

7. Membership Modifications 

Members may:

• Upgrade
• Downgrade
• Switch pickup locations (where available)

Changes must be scheduled at least 5 days prior to the next billing cycle.

8. Pricing Adjustments

While bi-monthly members receive preferred pricing protection, SWRFM reserves the right to adjust future pricing with notice.

9. Limited Availability

SWR Signature box memberships are limited to maintain quality and consistency. SWRFM reserves the right to cap or close enrollment at any time.

10. Agreement

By enrolling in the SWR signature box Membership, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
