Raw buffalo milk ice cream — richer and creamier than cow's milk — folded with pasture-raised egg yolks, real organic strawberries, honey, and Celtic salt. No artificial flavors, colors, preservatives, or stabilizers — ever. Higher in naturally occurring nutrients than conventional ice cream, with a velvety texture that comes from real raw cream, not gums.

Keep frozen at all times until ready to serve. 3-4 months shelf life when kept frozen at all times.

Because this is a raw, additive-free ice cream with no stabilizers, it will freeze harder than commercial ice cream and may form ice crystals if thawed and refrozen. Do not refreeze once melted.
We always recommend a cooler with ice when purchasing any dairy items to keep the correct temperature of the milk when transporting.
