Due to the delicacy of raw milk, all dairy product sales are final.

Raw Goat's Milk, Live and Active Cultures (Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus & lactis, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium lactis fermentation products).

Store at 36–38°F (2–3°C) — colder than a standard refrigerator default. Keep it at the back of the fridge.

This is a living, cultured product — natural separation of whey may occur. Stir gently before use. It may grow tangier over time, which is normal.

At proper temperature, best within 1.5 - 2 weeks from our weekly Tuesday/Thursday delivery. Do not freeze — freezing kills the live cultures and ruins the texture.

We always recommend a cooler with ice when purchasing any dairy items to keep the correct temperature of the milk when transporting.
