A sourdough loaf made with organic flour, cheddar cheese, and jalapeños. An artisan sandwich style bread that needs no paring. Enjoy it right out of the bag, or top it with your favorite cold cut, cream cheese, or vegetable.
Ingredients: organic wheat flour, levain (flour, water), cheddar cheese (pasteurized cow's milk, salt, starter culture, vegetarian rennet), jalapeños, water, and salt.
Weight: 24 oz (weight may vary as each loaf is handcrafted).
Allergens: Gluten and potential traces of nuts.
Loaf storage:
- May be kept at room temperature for up to 5 days from baking (if you receive it with UPS, include days in transit)
- To enjoy for longer, bread may be kept well wrapped and frozen
- Breads should not be refrigerated
- To serve from frozen, allow loaves to thaw at room temp and then refresh in 350 F oven
