Sourced from our partner farm where dairy is still produced the way it was meant to be — slow, clean, and un-compromised.

Our raw cow's milk comes exclusively from Jersey and Guernsey cows producing 100% A2/A2 protein — the original genetic profile found in dairy before modern crossbreeding. Our cows are 100% Grass Fed. No grain. No silage shortcuts. No hormones, no antibiotics, no vaccines, no additives — ever.

Because the milk is unprocessed and non-homogenized, the cream rises naturally to the top, and the live cultures, naturally occurring enzymes, and full nutrient composition remain intact.

Raw Cow's Milk.

Store at 36–38°F (2–3°C) — colder than a standard refrigerator default. Keep raw milk at the back of the fridge.

This is non-homogenized milk — the cream layer will rise to the top. Shake gently before each use to redistribute.

At proper temperature, raw milk keeps 7–10 days from our weekly Tuesday/Thursday delivery; outside that range, shelf life drops fast. we do not recommend freezing — freezing kills the live cultures, separates the cream, and ruins the texture.

We always recommend a cooler with ice when purchasing any dairy items to keep the correct temperature of the milk when transporting.
