Pasteurized buffalo milk, Celtic sea salt, rennet, cheese cultures, and organic olive oil brine containing organic olive oil, red pepper flakes, oregano, and basil.

Store at 36–38°F (2–3°C) at the back of the fridge, not the door. Keep tightly wrapped or sealed when not in use to prevent drying.

At proper temperature, the product keeps 12-14 days from our weekly Tuesday/Thursday delivery; outside that range, shelf life drops fast. we do not recommend freezing — freezing kills the live cultures, separates the cream, and ruins the texture.
