Shipping policy
We do not ship. Every online order is picked up — at the market, or at one of our route stops in South Florida. Please check that a pickup option works for you before you order.
In-store pickup — $0.99 service fee
Pick up at the market, 5150 South Flamingo Road, Southwest Ranches, FL 33330, on any day we are open:
- Tuesday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Monday: closed
Choose your pickup day and time in your cart. Orders are usually ready about two hours after they are placed during opening hours.
Route pickup — $15.99 per order ($24.99 for Naples)
We drive your order to a stop near you. Route orders close every Tuesday at 3:00 PM (Eastern) for that week's Friday and Saturday stops. Orders placed after the cutoff go on the following week's route.

At the stop
- We wait 15 minutes at each stop. Please arrive on time.
- Have your order confirmation (name or order number) ready.
- Bring a cooler for fresh and frozen items. Once an order is picked up, keeping it cold is up to you.
Missed pickups
If you miss your route pickup, we cannot refund the order. It goes back to the market in Southwest Ranches, and you can collect it there until Sunday at 12:00 PM of the same week. Orders not collected by then are donated to charity — our products are freshly harvested and we want them enjoyed fresh.
In-store orders are held until Sunday at 12:00 PM of the pickup week. Orders not collected by then are not refunded automatically.
Sunday at 12:00 PM is the official limit. If something comes up, write to orders@swrfmarket.com or message us on WhatsApp at (954) 854-4185 before the deadline, and we will look at your case.
Changes to a route
Weather, road closures or too few orders at a stop can cause us to move or cancel a stop. If that happens we contact you before your pickup day and offer a different stop, in-store pickup, or a refund of the order and the route fee.
Signature Box and Field Box
Boxes are picked up on the box's pickup day — at the market, or at your route stop. A box that is not picked up can be collected at the market until Sunday at 12:00 PM of the same week. After that, unclaimed boxes are donated.
