Text Messages (SMS)

Southwest Ranches Farmers Market can send you text messages about your own orders and box pickups. Texts are optional and you choose them yourself: we only text you if you check the consent box.

1. Your consent

By checking the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Southwest Ranches Farmers Market at the mobile number you provide about your orders and box pickups: when your order or box is ready, pickup reminders, missing items, and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies, up to 5 messages per order. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

2. In the cart

When you check out on swrfmarket.com, the cart page asks for your mobile number in its pickup details step. Directly under the number is this checkbox, part of the page itself, not a pop-up. It is unchecked until you check it, and your order completes either way:

3. In your account

Customers with an account or a box subscription can turn texts on or off in their account → Text messages, with the checkbox "Text me about my orders and my box" and the same terms. You can also text START to our number.

4. What we text you

• When your order or box is packed and ready for pickup, with the day, time and place
• Pickup reminders on your route day
• A short notice if an item you ordered is missing
• Replies to questions you text us about your order

We do not send promotional or marketing texts.

5. The terms
