Store at 36–38°F (2–3°C) — colder than a standard refrigerator default. Keep product at the back of the fridge.

At proper temperature, unsalted butter keeps 2 weeks from our weekly Tuesday/Thursday delivery; outside that range, shelf life drops fast. we recommend freezing it to preserve the shelf life.

We always recommend a cooler with ice when purchasing any dairy items to keep the correct temperature of the milk when transporting.
